I'm passionate about equipping others to thrive across all dimensions of well-being, especially after walking my own journey through breast cancer.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and extended family and our cavoodle puppy, Amico.

As the lead of 4HG Design, I partner with mission-driven organisations to communicate their message with clarity and impact - through thoughtful branding, media design, and storytelling. With over a decade of experience across healthcare technology, project coordination, and graphic design, I thrive where people, process, and purpose meet.
Whether streamlining systems or crafting visual content, I’m driven by a commitment to excellence, creativity, and integrity. Beyond the desk, I’m passionate about music and spending quality time with my husband, our fur babies Charlie and Matilda and our extended family.
